After landing in Singapore, I headed over to get my boarding pass.  From there, I went over to the lounge.  I first entered the Singapore Airlines lounge, but the lounge attendant told me since I was in Suites class, I should go to The Private Room.  An agent escorted me there.  The Private Room is super nice as one would expect.  There's plenty of comfortable seating, a restaurant, buffet, and great staff.  When I first sat down, somebody came over and offered me a pillow.

For a more comprehensive look at the lounge, check out this video:

They gave me a menu and asked if I wanted anything to drink or eat.  The menu has a lot of good stuff.  Check out the menu here.  I ordered a foie gras burger along with some pho.  Both were delicious.  I also got a mojito.

After I was finished with dinner, a lounge attendant came over and our interaction went something like this:

LA: How was your meal?
Me: Very, very good
LA: I'm glad to hear.  May I offer you some ice cream for dessert?
Me: That sounds good, but I should probably be healthy
LA: I can get you a fruit plate
Me: Yaaaaa....but ice cream tastes really good
LA: I can bring you ice cream and a fruit plate for a healthy balance
Me: Sounds good
*LA: lounge attendant

After eating, I took a shower.  The shower was really nice.  It had all sorts of jets and rain settings.  I took a super long shower.  All I can say is their water bill is going to be a lot higher than usual this month.

About 30 minutes before my flight, a lounge attendant came over and suggested I head to my gate soon.  I packed up my stuff and headed out to experience the best flight of my life.

  1. The shower amenities seems to be not very luxurious, looks to be the same as what is offered in the business class lounge. I had expected that they would provide more luxurious branded amenities, e.g. salvatore

    1. It wasn't the most luxurious lounge shower ever, but it was still really nice. And there was Salvatore lotion and cologne. However, the shampoo/conditioner was just in a communal dispenser.
